“ Tonight’s dinner at Chuan Fu was a delightful experience. The fish fillet with pickle cabbage soup was the highlight—delicious, fresh, and made with high-quality fish. The soup had just the right balance of vegetables, making it a perfect choice for those who prefer lighter, healthier meals without any frying or added soy sauce. Honestly, it tasted much better than it looked.(I forgot to mention that soup is spicy, but I ordered mild) And big enough for 2 people ! We also tried the Crispy Pork Knuckle, which was great for (Asian) pork lovers. The skin was perfectly crispy, making it a satisfying dish for those who enjoy a crunchy texture. Overall, it was a wonderful meal with something for everyone. ”

“ Venturing into a unique and authentic Chinese restaurant tonight. It was quite a trip, but who cares - when it's that great, "it is freaking worth it". Tonight was an absolute feast; we hadn't even finished eating and we were already planning to come back. The excitement about this place was incredible - from the food to the ambiance and customer service. Also, shoutout to the chef - the flavors in every dish are exceptional, making you want to get it all over again. This has to be one of the best authentic Chinese food offerings here in Florida. “ My family shared a great birthday meal at Chuan Fu. We received a very friendly welcome and seating from the hostess. Our server "Joe" was attentive and always standing by to meet our needs. Our food arrived surprisingly quickly. The Ma Po Tofu had an excellent numbing spiciness, and the La Zi fish was so crisp. The Dry-Fried Green Beans were cooked just right (still a bit firm). My son ate nearly a whole plate of Sweet & Sour Spareribs, and my wife enjoyed the Stir-Fried Noodles (with chicken). Thank you to the staff for a great experience. ”
